This simple and refreshing Pineapple Coconut Smoothie is an absolute Tropical Delight. If you love smoothies, make this for your breakfast or snack and I am sure you will enjoy the flavours to bits!

It took me just 5 minutes to make this smoothie and the kids thoroughly enjoyed the slight tangy + sweet taste of this smoothie. With no added refined sugar, this Pineapple Coconut Smoothie is your perfect, guilt free breakfast.

Our entire family loves fruits. My kids are obsessed with eating fruits and I can’t be happier. Smoothies are another way to consume these fruits and it is a quick and healthy snack option. Pineapple Coconut Smoothie is my favourite one out there. I love the flavours that it brings and makes me feel like I am on a beach vacation.

Why do I love this Smoothie?

This smoothie bursts summer flavours but regardless of the weather, this smoothie is sure to attract anyone

Made with minimal ingredients and takes less than 5 minutes to put together

Naturally sweetened with Pineapple and Banana

Dairy Free and filled with tropical flavours

On the go breakfast or snack. Can be had at any time of the day

    Ingredients

The one thing I love about this smoothie is, it requires very minimal ingredients.

Pineapple – Pineapple Smoothie cannot exist without Pineapple, of course! Canned, fresh or frozen pineapples work well for this recipe. I have used fresh Pineapple here.

Banana – Ripened Banana gives a creamy texture and adds a natural sweet taste to the smoothie. Frozen bananas gives a creamier texture but fresh also works well.

Coconut Milk – Canned Coconut Milk or the ones you get in Tetra pack works good. I always have a pack of unsweetened coconut milk at home to make smoothies and overnight oats. Adds such a good flavour !

Honey or Maple Syrup – This is completely optional. I did not add any sweetener because the sweetness from the Fruits was good enough for us.

Coconut Flakes – These are optional too but you can garnish your smoothie with some coconut just before serving.

How to make Pineapple Coconut Smoothie

Just add Pineapple, Banana and Coconut Milk to the blender. Add honey/ maple syrup and ice cubes if desired. Blend until completely smooth. Transfer to a serving glass, top with coconut flakes if desired and serve.
