Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Pineapple
  • 1 Ripened Banana
  • 1 & ¼ cups Coconut Milk
  • 2 tablespoon Unsweetened Desiccated Coconut optional
  • 1 tablespoon Honey or Maple Syrup optional

Instructions
 

  • Add pineapple chunks, banana, desiccated coconut and coconut milk to a blender and process until smooth.
  • Taste and add honey or maple syrup, if needed.
  • Pour the pineapple coconut smoothie into glasses and serve.

Notes

Add your choice of sweetener while blending, if desired. 
You can use frozen or fresh fruits. 
Add ice cubes while blending, if desired.
