    A quick and flavourful, air fryer garlic bread recipe! Who wouldn’t love some homemade garlic bread with fresh ingredients in less than 15 minutes?
    Have this as an appetizer, snack or serve this for dinner tonight along with a warm bowl of soup.

    Air Fryer makes perfect garlic bread in just a few minutes. The bread is golden brown and slightly crispy on the outside. Homemade garlic butter + cheese topping makes the bread more addictive and makes you ask for more.

    Everyone loves good garlic bread! Why? Because it bursts with flavours in every piece you take. It is super easy to make and anyone can put this together. Can be a great appetizer, a quick after-school snack or a perfect side along with a warm bowl of soup or Pasta. My daughters enjoy helping me make this recipe because it is that easy!

    I have always made garlic bread in the oven and the air fryer made my job a lot easier. It gets done quicker and tastes so much better in my opinion!

    Homemade Garlic Bread gives you the power to adjust the amount of garlic, butter and cheese that goes in. I like biting on to the garlic pieces and do not like too much cheese in my bread. I am sure each one of you has a different taste and would prefer one over the other.

    Also, you can use fresh and quality ingredients while making this at home. More than anything, you know you are using real butter in your recipe! While it’s okay to eat store-bought garlic bread once in a while when it’s this easy to make it at home, why wait?

    Ingredients

    The Best Part about Garlic Bread is, that it requires ingredients that are usually available in everyone’s pantry. Let’s see what is required to make this Easy Air Fryer Garlic Bread today!

    Baguette: I have used French Baguette in this recipe. You can use any bread of your choice!

    Butter: I prefer using salted butter while making garlic bread. You can use unsalted butter as well. Make sure butter is softened to room temperature.

    Garlic: Fresh, minced garlic works best for this recipe. Fresh garlic gives a great flavour. You can use garlic powder in its place.

    Cheese: I have used a mix of grated parmesan and mozzarella cheese here. You can use either one or a mix of your choice of grated cheese.

    Seasoning: This Garlic bread is seasoned with Italian Seasoning and Dried Parsley

    How to make Air Fryer Garlic Bread

    Cut the Baguette into thick slices.

    Cut the French Baguette into half inch thick slices.

    Add softened butter to a bowl and mash it well. Add minced garlic, seasonings, and cheese to the butter and mix well.

    Generously spread the garlic butter mixture on the bread slices.

    Preheat the air fryer to 350F for 5 minutes. Spray the air fryer basket with oil or non-stick spray.

    Place the bread slices in the air fryer basket. Air fry at 350F for 5 minutes. Serve immediately.

    Serving & Storage Instructions

    Garlic bread can be served as a snack or an appetizer. It can also be had along with soup, pasta, salad etc. Try serving this air fryer garlic bread with

    Garlic Parmesan Spaghetti

    Garlic Bread tastes best when served immediately. As time goes by, the crust of the bread hardens. If you have leftovers, you can refrigerate them in an air-tight container for upto 3 days. Re-heat in an air fryer at 350F for 2 minutes till the garlic bread gets warm.

    Tips and Variations

    You can adjust the amount of garlic used in the recipe. You can also omit the cheese if you wish to.

    Add red chilli flakes on top if desired. You can also add fresh parsley, and pepper powder to this recipe.

    Every air fryer is different. The cooking time depends on your air fryer and the texture you desire. Keep an eye after 3 minutes of cooking time. If you prefer a softer crust, you can remove it at 3 minutes.

    Do not overcrowd the air fryer. Cook in multiple batches if your basket cannot fit in all the bread slices.

    Ingredients
      

    • 1 French Baguette around 310 grams
    • 1/2 cup Salted Butter 1 stick
    • 8 cloves Fresh Garlic minced
    • 1/2 cup Mozzarella Cheese grated
    • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese grated
    • 1 tbsp Dried Parsley
    • 1 tsp Italian Seasoning

    Instructions
     

    • Cut the Baguette into thick slices.
    • To make the garlic butter, place softened butter in a bowl and mash it well. Add minced garlic, grated cheese, dried parsley and Italian seasoning to the butter and mix well.
    • Generously spread the garlic butter on the bread slices and keep it ready.
    • Preheat the air fryer at 350F for 5 minutes. Spray the air fryer basket with non stick spray or oil.
    • Place the bread slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
    • Air fry at 350F for 3 to 5 minutes. I cooked mine for 5 minutes. Serve warm.

    Notes

    Every air fryer is different. The cooking time depends on your air fryer and the texture you desire. Keep an eye after 3 minutes of cooking time. If you prefer a softer crust, you can remove it at 3 minutes.
    I prefer using salted butter in this recipe. You can use unsalted butter too. 
    You can add a pinch of red chilli flakes or pepper powder for a spice kick , if desired.
