Combining Zucchini & Banana

Combining zucchini and banana may seem unconventional, but it works well in zucchini banana bread. Here are a few reasons why:

Moisture: Both zucchini and bananas are moist ingredients, which helps to keep the bread moist and tender.

Flavour: Bananas are sweet and flavorful, while zucchini is relatively neutral in flavor. The combination of the two adds sweetness and depth of flavor to the bread.

Nutrients: Zucchini is a good source of fibre, vitamins, and minerals, while bananas are high in potassium and other nutrients. Combining the two in zucchini banana bread makes for a nutritious and tasty treat.
