Variations in this Watermelon Rose Drink

Add some fresh watermelon juice/puree for more watermelon flavour.

Any other rose syrup can be used instead of rooh afza. For more flavour, add rose water or kewra water as well.

Honey or maple syrup can be used in place of white sugar to sweeten the drink.

Garnish with mint leaves if desired for a colourful presentation.

Chopped nuts like almonds, pistachios, or cashews may be sprinkled over this refreshing drink for a nutty flavour.

For those preferring dairy-free options, coconut milk, cashew milk or almond milk can be substituted for traditional cow’s milk, providing a different creamy texture.

Sabja seeds soaked in water, cooked vermicelli, and flavoured jelly cubes can be added to the Mohabbat Ka Sharbat. Finally, the drink can also be topped with a scoop of vanilla or rose-flavoured ice cream
