Fruit Cream is a creamy, simple, delicious dessert that will make your mouth water. It is a quick, no-cook dessert with just a few ingredients. It is made using whipped cream, condensed milk, fresh fruits and nuts. Perfect for parties or when you want to have something sweet.

Who doesn’t love something sweet? Especially during summer, it’s common to crave something sweet and refreshing. At the same time, I am sure we don’t want to spend hours together in the kitchen to put together a dessert. Recently, when I had unexpected guests on a weekday evening, this was the first dessert that came to my mind. As always, it was a superhit!

Fruit Cream is a quick dessert where fresh and seasonal fruits are served on a base of cream and condensed milk mixture. If you are looking for a no-cook summer dessert, give this rich and delicious Fruit Cream a try.

Why do I love Fruit Cream?

Quick no cook dessert

Creamy, light and delicious

Perfect for a potluck/get-together dessert

Loved by kids to adults

It can be customized with seasonal fruits

Ingredients needed for Fruit Cream

Whipping Cream – Use heavy whipping cream for a creamy texture.

Condensed Milk – To sweeten the Fruit Cream. I like the creamy texture that it gives to the recipe. You can use Powdered Sugar instead of condensed milk.

Vanilla Extract – Vanilla gives a nice flavour to the Fruit Cream. You can also add rose water, rose essence, and cardamom powder for flavour.

Fruits – I have used fresh fruits for this recipe. I have used banana, mango, grapes, strawberry, and pomegranate. You can use any seasonal fruits of your choice.

Nuts – This is optional but gives a nice crunch and texture. I have used sliced almonds and sliced pistachios. You can use nuts of your choice and raisins too.

How to make Fruit Cream

Whisk heavy whipping cream, vanilla extract and condensed milk in a bowl and keep it ready.

Add chopped fruits, and nuts to the cream mixture and gently mix it together.

Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours.

Transfer to serving bowls. Top with more fruits and nuts, if you prefer. Serve chilled.

Notes

You can top this with a scoop of ice cream and serve. Tastes amazing!

Fruit Cream serves best when chilled.

Try to use fruits that are in season and those that are ripe and sweet. Avoid using citrusy fruits and water-based fruits. It can change the taste and texture of the Fruit Cream.

Adjust the quantity of condensed milk according to your taste. This amount of sweetness is perfect for us.

Optionally, you can beat the whipping cream and condensed milk with a hand mixer or stand mixer until you get soft peaks. Gives a creamier consistency.
