Whisk whipping cream and condensed milk in a bowl until creamy and well combined.
Add vanilla extract and whisk again.
Add chopped nuts and fruits. Gently combine together.
Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours.
Transfer to serving bowls. Top with more nuts and fruits if desired. Serve chilled.
Notes
Optionally, you can beat the whipping cream and condensed milk with a hand mixer or stand mixer until you get soft peaks. Gives a creamier consistency.Adjust the quantity of condensed milk according to your taste.
