Mushrooms and Bell peppers cooked in Air Fryer

So easy, isn’t it? We love this recipe so much that I make it every single week.

Not to worry if you don’t own an air fryer. You can make this recipe in your oven or even on the regular stovetop.

My kids and I ate the entire batch straight out of the air fryer. We didn’t even need a dip or sauce on the side. These pepper mushrooms taste amazing as it is.

Tips

Adjust the seasonings to suit your taste. Also, use any spices or seasoning of your choice.

If making a large quantity, cook in batches. Do not crowd the air fryer basket.

Always pre-heat the air fryer for 5 minutes before beginning the cooking process.

Make sure you shake the basket in between for even cooking.

Feel free to add the air fryer mushrooms to your salad, sandwich, or burgers. You can also add them to noodles, and pasta for a special dinner. Serve pepper mushrooms along with a bowl of warm soup on a cold day.
