Air Fryer Pepper Mushrooms

These juicy, delicious air fryer pepper mushrooms are perfect to be served as a quick and simple vegetarian side dish or a snack.

Ingredients
  

  • 225 grams Mushrooms 8 Oz
  • 1 Green Bell Pepper medium
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Soya Sauce
  • ½ teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • ¼ teaspoon Pepper Powder
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt or to taste
  • 1 tablespoon Finely chopped fresh parsley optional
  • Lemon wedges optional

Instructions
 

  • Wipe the mushrooms with a damp paper towel and remove any dirt. Cut the mushrooms in half. Wash, wipe and chop the bell pepper into cubes.
  • Pre heat air fryer to 380F for 5 minutes.
  • Add mushrooms and bell pepper to a bowl. Toss them in soya sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, salt and pepper powder. Air fry at 380F for 12 minutes, shaking the basket midway.
  • Squeeze some lemon, garnish with finely chopped parsley leaves and serve.

Notes

Adjust the level of seasonings to suit your taste. 
Do not crowd the air fryer basket. If cooking a large quantity, cook in batches.
