Wipe the mushrooms with a damp paper towel and remove any dirt. Cut the mushrooms in half. Wash, wipe and chop the bell pepper into cubes.
Pre heat air fryer to 380F for 5 minutes.
Add mushrooms and bell pepper to a bowl. Toss them in soya sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, salt and pepper powder. Air fry at 380F for 12 minutes, shaking the basket midway.
Squeeze some lemon, garnish with finely chopped parsley leaves and serve.
Notes
Adjust the level of seasonings to suit your taste. Do not crowd the air fryer basket. If cooking a large quantity, cook in batches.
