Tips & Variations to make the Best Rose Lassi at home

Always use fresh, full-fat yogurt/ fresh curd for creamy and best results. Plain Greek Yogurt can be used too.

Blend the lassi well to achieve a frothy, smooth, thick creamy consistency. The quality of the yogurt plays an important role. Use good quality store-bought yogurt or homemade yogurt. It could be full fat yogurt or low-fat yogurt.

Rose water, rose essence, and Gulkand(rose petal jam) can be added to this Lassi for additional Rose Flavour.

Use fresh, high-quality rose water to ensure a fragrant and authentic flavour.

If you don’t have rose syrup, use rose essence and sugar to make this cooling drink.

Adjust the quantity of sugar depending on how sweet your rose syrup is.

Lassi can be made thin or thick, according to your preference. Add more milk/water if you want a thinner consistency. Adjust the amount of water or milk according to the desired consistency.

I recommend consuming the rose yogurt drink immediately for a fresh taste.
