Cakey Eggless Brownies
Chocolate Brownies are my absolute favourite. Especially Cakey Brownies. I have always been convinced that brownies without eggs won’t taste good. Tried a number of recipes and was not really satisfied. It took me quite a number of attempts to finally nail a perfect brownie recipe that is eggless. Now, this is my go-to eggless brownie recipe. Super fudgy and filled with rich chocolate flavour. The chocolate flavour comes from cocoa powder, melted chocolate and chocolate chips. A bit fudgy on the outside and cakey on the inside, this brownie gives you an intense flavour and taste in each bite.
Preparing this brownie is super simple with just a handful of easily available ingredients. Requires no fancy equipment to prepare. Just a bowl and whisk is more than enough. This makes it a beginner-friendly brownie recipe.
This is one recipe that I make often. I love this brownie for a quick dessert fix, when visiting friends, for potluck and of course for any special celebration. This is one recipe that saves me on most of these occasions.
Additionally, these cakey eggless chocolate brownies have chopped walnuts for some crunch. I personally love the addition of nuts to any brownie.
