Cocoa Powder

¼ cup + 3 tbsp
Unsalted Butter
around 100 grams

Dark or Milk chocolate chips

Yogurt

teaspoon
Vanilla

Chocolate chips

Instructions
Grease an 8x8 inch square pan. Line it with parchment paper on all sides.
Preheat oven at 180C/350F.
Sift all-purpose flour, cocoa powder, salt & baking powder in a bowl and keep it aside.
In a microwave, melt chocolate chips and butter in 30 seconds intervals. Mix until it is completely melted. Keep it aside.
In a bowl, add sugar and yogurt. Whisk until both are completely mixed.
To this bowl, add the melted butter and chocolate. Mix using a spatula until well combined.
Add the dry ingredients to this bowl, little by little. Make sure you mix it gently until the mixture comes together. Do not over mix.
Finally, fold in some chopped nuts and chocolate chips if using. Give a gentle mix.
Transfer the mixture to the greased pan.
Bake at 180C / 350F for 20-25 mins. Insert a toothpick and check if it comes out clean to see if it is done.
Once done, remove the pan from the oven using the parchment paper and let it cool on the counter for 10 minutes.
Once cooled, remove the brownie from the pan and transfer it to a cooling rack.
Cut into equal sized pieces. Serve hot or at room temperature.
Notes
Do not cut the brownies when it is hot. Allow them to cool completely.
Only then you will get clean and neat slices.
