This broccoli parmesan bites recipe takes traditional roasted broccoli to a whole new level by using an air fryer to achieve a perfect crispy texture without the need for excessive oil.

Air fryer broccoli and cheese is one of the few easy broccoli recipes that I like. I am not a big fan of broccoli unless the recipe involves cheese. This parmesan broccoli recipe is a great option for those who don’t enjoy broccoli otherwise.

  • 1 Head Broccoli cut into florets
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • ¼ cup Parmesan Cheese grated
  • ¼ cup Panko Breadcrumbs
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt or as needed
  • ¼ teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • ¼ teaspoon Cayenne Pepper Powder

  • Air fry for 10 minutes, flipping halway until the broccoli is tender and the coating is crispy and golden brown.
  • Serve these bite-sized pieces of broccoli garnished with chilli flakes and more cheese as a snack or as a side dish.

Notes

Start checking at 8 minutes and remove when the broccoli turns golden brown and is well roasted. Do not let it burn. 
Adjust spices and seasonings to suit your taste. 
Ensure each broccoli floret is well coated with the cheese, spices and breadcrumbs.
