Air Fryer Bread Potato Roll is a delicious and easy snack made using Potato and Bread slices as the main ingredients.

These bread potato rolls are light, crispy on the outside and taste so good with lovely flavours. Dip them in your favourite sauce or chutney to have a satisfying evening snack.

I had a few leftover bread slices after making another recipe. So, quickly put together these bread potato rolls for a snack and I knew I can’t go wrong with this one. Surprisingly, we were done with all 20 rolls at one go which means the entire family loved it. I can’t be happier 🙂

How to make Air Fryer Bread Potato Roll

Boil the potatoes, peel the skin, mash and keep them aside.

Cut the corners of bread slices, crumble the bread slices into small pieces and keep them ready.

In a wide bowl, add the boiled and mashed potatoes, crumbled bread slices, finely chopped onion, finely chopped capsicum, frozen sweet corn, ginger garlic paste, salt, chilli powder and chaat masala.

Mix everything together. Take the mixture little by little and form balls or rolls in your desired shape. I got around 20 rolls.

Roll them in breadcrumbs. Refrigerate for 30 mins.

Preheat your air fryer at 375F for 5 minutes. Brush oil in the air fryer basket. Place the rolls in the basket leaving enough gap between each one.

How to make Bread Potato Roll

Air fry at 375F for 7 mins. Brush oil on the rolls. Turn them around and air fry again for another 7 minutes.

Serve Air Fryer Bread Potato Roll with Chutney or Sauce. My family loves having this with Tomato Sauce and Mustard Sauce.

A great air fried snack for kids made using potatoes, bread , other vegetables and spices.

Notes

The texture is definitely going to be different from that of a deep-fried bread roll. But with minimal oil, the crispiness on the outside is perfect and the vegetables are well cooked inside.

Grated carrot, Paneer can also be added to this recipe.

Spices can be customized according to your preference.

You can dip the roll in cornflour slurry and then dip it in breadcrumbs too.

Each Air Fryer is different. Adjust timing accordingly.
