How to fry Mini Potatoes in the Air Fryer
Wash the baby potatoes in a colander. Pat dry thoroughly using a kitchen towel.
Slice them in half. Add the potatoes to a bowl. Add oil, salt and all the spices. Mix well using your hands.
Preheat the air fryer to 400F for 5 minutes. Place the mini potatoes in the air fryer basket.
Air fry at 400F for 10 minutes. Shake the basket and air fry again at 400F for 5 more minutes.
That’s it! Delicious Mini Potatoes are done.

If you don’t have mini/baby potatoes, you can use regular potatoes. Chop them into equal sized pieces and rub them with the seasonings.
Ensure the potatoes are placed in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Avoid over crowding. If you are making a large quantity, cook in multiple batches.
Shake / Flip the basket after 10 minutes of cooking to make sure all sides of potatoes are cooked well.
