Spice powders: Red chilli powder, chaat masala, cumin powder, black pepper powder, and salt.

How to make Masala Corn Chaat

If using fresh corn, remove the husks from the corn cobs and rinse them thoroughly. Carefully cut off the corn kernels from the cob using a sharp knife.

Boil corn kernels in water over a medium flame in a deep-bottomed pan. Let it simmer for 10-12 minutes. Now, drain the water and keep the corn aside.

Once the fresh sweet corn kernels are ready, add the melted butter or oil and the boiled corn in a large bowl.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cup Sweet Corn Kernels
  • 1 tablespoon Butter or Oil
  • ¼ teaspoon Red Chilli Powder
  • ½ teaspoon Cumin Powder
  • ½ teaspoon Chaat Masala
  • Salt as needed
  • ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon / Lime Juice
  • 1 tablespoon Coriander Leaves

Instructions
 

If using Fresh Sweet Corn
