How to make Easy Bounty Bar Chocolate at home?

In a mixing bowl, combine unsweetened desiccated coconut and condensed milk . Mix until it forms a dough. Refrigerate the mixture for 10 minutes.

Shape the mixture into small bars using your hands or a mold.

Place the bars on a tray lined with parchment paper and refrigerate for 30 minutes until firm.

Melt the chocolate using a double boiler or microwave in short intervals.

Dip each bar into the melted chocolate, ensuring it’s fully coated. Use a fork to lift the bar out and let excess chocolate drip off.

Place the coated bars back on the parchment-lined tray. Use a knife or fork to create three parallel lines on top of each bar for an authentic look.

How do I ensure my chocolate doesn’t seize while melting?

Melt it slowly over low heat using a double boiler, ensuring no water gets into the bowl.
