This Fresh Watermelon Mint Lemonade is one of my favourite Summer Beverages. When it comes to beating the summer heat, there is nothing as good as having a refreshing, ice cold drink. This easy and delightful watermelon lemonade combines the sweet, juicy watermelon with the refreshing zing of mint and the tangy punch of lemon. Ingredients
 
 

  • 4 cups Watermelon Cubes
  • 15 Mint Leaves
  • 2 small Lemon
  • few Ice Cubes
  • Sugar / Any Sweetener as needed

  • Chop the fresh watermelon into cubes. Squeeze the lemon to make lemon juice.
  • Add the watermelon cubes, mint leaves, lemon juice, and a few ice cubes to a blender.
  • Blend the ingredients. Taste and check if you need any sweetener. If needed, add sugar or any other sweetener of your choice. Blend again until it combines well.
