Fresh Watermelon Mint Lemonade is one of the best Summer Beverages. This easy and delightful watermelon lemonade combines the sweet, juicy watermelon with the refreshing zing of mint and the tangy punch of lemon.

Ingredients
 
 

  • 4 cups Watermelon Cubes
  • 15 Mint Leaves
  • 2 small Lemon
  • few Ice Cubes
  • Sugar / Any Sweetener as needed

Instructions
 

  • Chop the fresh watermelon into cubes. Squeeze the lemon to make lemon juice.
  • Add the watermelon cubes, mint leaves, lemon juice, and a few ice cubes to a blender.
  • Blend the ingredients. Taste and check if you need any sweetener. If needed, add sugar or any other sweetener of your choice. Blend again until it combines well.
  • Filter the juice if you prefer. Transfer the watermelon lemonade to glasses and serve.

Notes

Ensure the watermelon is ripe for the best colour and taste.
Adding additional sugar is optional.  It depends on the sweetness of the watermelon. You can also replace sugar with honey or maple syrup.
