Microwave method: In a microwave-safe bowl, combine chocolate chips and condensed milk. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until smooth.

Stovetop method: Use a double boiler to melt the chocolate and condensed milk together, stirring constantly until smooth.

Add almonds: Once the chocolate mixture is smooth, fold in the chopped almonds, reserving some for topping if desired.

Melt the chocolate chips in a bowl, add condensed milk, mix and add chopped almonds to it.


Pour and set: Transfer the fudge mixture to the prepared pan, spreading it evenly. If desired, sprinkle some more almonds on top.

Chill: Refrigerate the fudge for at least 3 hours or until firm.

  • 350 grams Condensed Milk
  • 100 grams Almonds Sliced
