Ingredients
  

  • 400 grams Chocolate Chips dark chocolate or semi-sweet chocolate
  • 350 grams Condensed Milk
  • 100 grams Almonds Sliced

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the pan: Line an 8-inch square baking pan with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy removal.
  • Melt the chocolate:
    Microwave method: In a microwave-safe bowl, combine chocolate chips and condensed milk. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until smooth.
    Stovetop method: Use a double boiler to melt the chocolate and condensed milk together, stirring constantly until smooth.
  • Add almonds: Once the chocolate mixture is smooth, fold in the chopped almonds, reserving some for topping if desired.
  • Pour and set: Transfer the fudge mixture to the prepared pan, spreading it evenly. If desired, sprinkle some more almonds on top.
  • Chill: Refrigerate the fudge for at least 3 hours or until firm.
  • Cut and serve: Once set, lift the fudge out of the pan using the parchment paper. Cut into squares and enjoy!
