To make Corn Flour slurry

Instructions
Add ½ cup sweet corn, garlic, and a small piece of ginger in a blender. Add water to make a smooth paste. Keep it aside.
Press Saute on Instant Pot. Add oil, and once it's hot, add the white part of spring onions, carrots, green beans, and sweet corn. Sauté for a minute.
Add the ground sweet corn paste. Sauté again for a minute. Add vegetable stock or water along with the required amount of salt and give a good mix.
Close the Instant Pot with the pressure valve to Sealing. Cook on High Pressure for 2 minutes.
Let the pressure release naturally for 10 minutes, then quickly release the pressure. Open the lid of the Instant Pot.
Now prepare a cornflour slurry by mixing 1 tablespoon of cornflour in ¼ cup of water. Mix well and then add to the pot.
Set the Instant Pot on saute mode, let the soup boil, and slightly thicken. Add black pepper powder and white vinegar and combine.
Garnish the Sweet Corn Soup with Vegetables recipe with spring onion greens. Serve hot!
Notes
Substitute white vinegar with lemon juice if desired.
