Cut the avocados in half, remove the pits, and scoop the flesh into a mixing bowl.
Mash the avocados to your desired consistency using a fork.
Add the diced red onion, tomatoes, jalapeno peppers, cilantro, and minced garlic to the bowl.
Squeeze the lime juice over the mixture and add the salt, cumin powder and cayenne pepper.
Gently fold all the ingredients together until well combined.

Use ripe avocados for the best texture and flavour.You could make this guacamole chunky or smooth, as you'd like.For extra spice, leave the seeds in the jalapeno peppers or use a spicier variety of chilli peppers. You can add hot sauce like sriracha for an extra spicy kick.To prevent the guacamole from browning, press plastic wrap directly onto the surface of the dip before refrigerating.
