Instructions
Whisk together the eggs, milk, vanilla extract, and half the quantity of ground cinnamon in a bowl.
Cut the corners of the bread slices. Use a rolling pin to flatten each slice of bread. Spread a layer of Nutella onto each slice of flattened bread.
Roll up each slice of bread tightly, with the Nutella on the inside. Dip each Nutella-filled roll-up into the egg mixture, ensuring it's coated evenly.
In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Place the dipped roll-ups in the skillet and cook until they are golden brown on all sides. This should take about 2-3 minutes per side.
In a separate bowl, mix the granulated sugar and remaining ground cinnamon.
While the roll-ups are still warm, roll them in the cinnamon sugar mixture to coat them evenly.
