Add in all the ingredients in a mixing bowl or a jar. Close and refrigerate it for 5 hours minimum or overnight.
Remove from the refrigerator and top it with your favourite ingredients. Serve cold.
Notes
Sometimes, fresh pineapple can make the overnight oats bitter if stored for a long time. So, I would recommend making small portions a day or 2 in advance and finish it off. You can also add all the other ingredients except pineapple and keep it overnight. Add the pineapple pieces finally while serving.
