Instructions
Combine rolled oats, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, and chopped nuts in a large mixing bowl. Mix well.
Add melted coconut oil, maple syrup, vanilla extract, cinnamon powder, and salt in another bowl. Mix well.
Pour the liquid mixture over the oats mixture. Combine.
Cut a parchment paper to the size of your air fryer basket. Poke some holes in it. Place it at the bottom of the basket.
Place the granola in an even layer. Air fry for 15 minutes at 300F/ 150C . Check and shake the basket once every 5 minutes.
Granola is ready when it turns crispy and golden brown.
Carefully take the granola from the air fryer basket and spread it over a large tray.
Let it cool down completely. Add chocolate chips and dried fruits if desired. Mix well.
Transfer to an air-tight container. Enjoy the fresh, homemade and healthy air fryer granola.
Notes
Add the chocolate chips only after the granola cools down completely. Else, the chocolate chips will melt in the heat.
