Ingredients
  

Nuts

  • ¾ cup Walnuts
  • ¼ cup Cashewnuts
  • ½ cup Almonds

Other Ingredients

  • ½ cup Dark Chocolate Chips or Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
  • ¼ cup Cocoa Powder
  • 1 cup Dates

Instructions
 

  • Add walnuts, cashewnuts and almonds to the food processor. Process till they are broken into fine pieces.
  • Add cocoa powder, chocolate chips and dates. Pulse till the mixture is well combined. When you touch it, it would resemble a sand like consistency.
  • Use your hands to form small balls. Store them in an air tight container and enjoy whenever you like.

Notes

The energy balls can be stored in an air-tight container in the refrigerator for 2 weeks. You can freeze them for 3 months.
If your dates are not soft, soak them in a bowl of warm water for 15 minutes. Drain the water and use it in the recipe.
