Ingredients

  • 3 Mangoes ripe
  • 2 & ½ cups Milk
  • ½ cup Whipping Cream
  • ½ cup Sugar
  • ½ teaspoon Cardamom Powder
  • 1 tablespoon Finely chopped nuts I used cashew, almond and pistachio

Instructions

  • Combine the sugar, milk and whipping cream in a blender. Blend until you have a frothy mixture. Add the cardamom powder, diced mango pieces. Blend them again.
  • Taste your mango mixture. Depending on the sweetness of your mangoes, you might want to add more sugar or honey. Remember, the mixture will taste slightly less sweet once frozen.
  • Carefully pour the mixture into popsicle moulds. Small cups with popsicle sticks will do just fine if you don't have moulds. Top the mixture with chopped nuts, if desired.
  • Freeze the popsicles for at least 4 hours, or until solid.
  • To release the popsicles, run warm water over the outside of the moulds for a few seconds, then gently pull them out. Enjoy the delicious homemade mango popiscles.

Notes

To remove the popsicles easily, run the mould in warm water for 20 seconds and gently pull the popsicles out.
