Notes

Freezing the milk is a very important step. If freezing in a Ziploc bag, you can crush it slightly with a heavy object and add it immediately to the blender.
Plant-based milk can be used to make this drink vegan.
Cocoa Powder can be used instead of chocolate malt powder.
Honey, Maple Syrup, Dates, Brown Sugar or Regular Sugar can be used to sweeten the drink. If your bananas are sweet enough, you may not need any additional sweetener.
Instead of peanuts, raw almonds or cashews can be added to this drink. Ensure the skin of the nuts is removed.
Ice Cream can be added while blending too.
