Honey avocado toast is a delicious and nutritious dish that combines the natural creaminess of ripe avocado with the sweet flavour of honey. It's typically made by mashing ripe avocado onto toasted bread and then drizzling honey on top.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 ripe Avocado
  • 4 slices Bread
  • 4 teaspoon Honey
  • Salt as needed
  • Pepper Powder as needed
  • 1 & ½ teaspoon Lemon Juice
  • 1 teaspoon Red Chilli Flakes optional, adjust to taste

Instructions
 

  • Cut the ripe avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a bowl. Mash the avocado with a fork until it reaches your desired consistency.
  • Sprinkle a pinch of salt and pepper over the avocado. Add lemon juice and give the bowl of mashed avocado a good mix.
  • Toast the slices of bread until they reach your preferred level of crispiness.
  • Spread the mashed avocado evenly onto the toasted bread slices.
  • Drizzle a teaspoon of honey over each avocado toast slice. Adjust the amount of honey to suit your taste preferences.
  • If desired, top the honey avocado toast with additional toppings, such as a pinch of red pepper flakes, sliced cherry tomatoes, and a tablespoon of crumbled feta cheese per slice.
  • Your honey and avocado toast is now ready to be served.
