Strawberry Ice Cream(No Churn)

Summer is all about enjoying the sun, and there is no better way to cool off than with a bowl of homemade, no churn strawberry ice cream with just 3 ingredients.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Kg Strawberries fresh, and hulled
  • 2 cups Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 1 can Condensed Milk approx 1&¼ cups

Instructions
 

  • Wash and chop the strawberries into small pieces.
  • Add the strawberries to a blender or food processor and blend until smooth. Set aside.
  • In a mixing bowl, pour in the heavy cream and whip on medium-high speed until stiff peaks are formed.
  • Gently fold in the sweetened condensed milk and fold it gently with the whipped cream.
  • Add the strawberry puree to the whipped cream mixture until well combined.
  • Pour the mixture into a freezer safe container, cover, and freeze for at least 8 hours or overnight.

Notes

The longer you freeze, it may take around 5-10 minutes for the ice cream to reach scoopable consistency. But don't worry. The ice cream won't melt during this waiting period.
