Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup Rolled Oats
  • 1 Banana ripened
  • 2 Dates pitted
  • 2 tablespoon Honey / Maple Syrup
  • ½ cup Milk
  • 1 tablespoon Cocoa Powder
  • 1 tablespoon Peanut Butter
  • ½ teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • Chopped peanuts and chocolate chips for topping

Instructions
 

  • Mash the bananas till they reach a mushy texture.
  • Remove the date pits. Soak the dates in hot water for 15 to 20 minutes. Once soaked, drain the water and mash the date.
  • Combine the rolled oats, milk, mashed banana, cocoa powder, peanut butter, mashed dates, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract in a mason jar or airtight container.
  • Stir the mixture until well combined.
  • Seal the airtight jar or container and refrigerate it overnight or for at least 4 hours.
  • Next morning, stir the oats well and add a milk splash for a creamier consistency if desired.
  • Top the nutritious breakfast treat with chopped peanuts and chocolate chips for that authentic Snickers flavour.

Notes

Adjust the sweetness according to your preference by adding more or less honey or maple syrup.
