Line the air fryer basket with parchment paper or grease the basket with nonstick spray.
Arrange the Ritz crackers on the air fryer tray, forming a single layer.
For added flavour and a golden finish, lightly brush the edges of your Ritz Cracker Pizza with oil.
Spread the pizza sauce evenly over the crackers. Use less than 1 teaspoon pizza sauce for each cracker.
Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the sauce.
Add the vegetables evenly over the cheese base. Do not add too many vegetables at once.
Cook at 375°F (190°C) for 5 minutes or until the cheese is melted, and the edges are golden brown.
Once done, sprinkle red chilli flakes, dried oregano or other Italian seasoning.
Allow your vegetarian Ritz Cracker Pizza to cool for two minutes. Remove the ritz cracker pizza from the air fryer using a spatula. Be careful to not break the crackers.
