Ingredients
  

  • 16 Ritz Crackers
  • cup Pizza Sauce
  • ½ cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • ¼ cup Red Onion thinly sliced
  • ¼ cup Bell Peppers finely diced
  • ¼ cup Sweet Corn Frozen or Boiled
  • 1 tablespoon Oil optional, for brushing
  • Red Chilli Flakes as needed
  • Dried Oregano / Italian Seasoning as needed

Instructions
 

  • Line the air fryer basket with parchment paper or grease the basket with nonstick spray.
  • Arrange the Ritz crackers on the air fryer tray, forming a single layer.
  • For added flavour and a golden finish, lightly brush the edges of your Ritz Cracker Pizza with oil.
  • Spread the pizza sauce evenly over the crackers. Use less than 1 teaspoon pizza sauce for each cracker.
  • Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the sauce.
  • Add the vegetables evenly over the cheese base. Do not add too many vegetables at once.
  • Cook at 375°F (190°C) for 5 minutes or until the cheese is melted, and the edges are golden brown.
  • Once done, sprinkle red chilli flakes, dried oregano or other Italian seasoning.
  • Allow your vegetarian Ritz Cracker Pizza to cool for two minutes. Remove the ritz cracker pizza from the air fryer using a spatula. Be careful to not break the crackers.
  • Enjoy the crispiness and delicious combination of flavours!

Notes

Let the crackers cool down for a couple of minutes. Lift them from the air fryer basket with a spatula and transfer them to a cooling rack. Be careful not to break the crackers. 
Ritz cracker pizza tastes best when it is hot. 
Do not overload with toppings. The base will become soggy and break easily.
