Ingredients
  

  • 1 & ½ cups All-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • ½ teaspoon Baking Soda
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt
  • 4 Plums pitted and sliced
  • 1 cup Greek Yogurt unsweetened
  • 1 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 2 large Eggs
  • ½ cup Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Vanilla Extract
  • 2 teaspoon Powdered Sugar for dusting

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line a 9-inch round cake pan.
  • Whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a bowl.
  • In another bowl, mix the Greek Yogurt, sugar, eggs, oil, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  • Gradually add the dry to the bowl of wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  • Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and arrange the sliced plums on top.
  • Bake for 40-45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes clean.
  • Allow the Yogurt plum cake to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely.
  • If desired, dust the top of the cooled plum yogurt cake with powdered sugar. Slice and serve the cake.
