Easy Carrot Banana Smoothie Recipe with Dates

A carrot banana smoothie is a creamy and nutritious beverage made by blending fresh carrots, ripe bananas, and other complementary ingredients such as dates, yogurt, and milk.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 large Banana peeled, sliced
  • 1 medium Carrot peeled, grated
  • 2 Dates pitted
  • ½ cup Yogurt
  • 1 cup Milk
  • ½ teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • ¼ teaspoon Cinnamon Powder optional

Instructions
 

  • Peel and chop the banana. You can freeze the banana slices and use them or use them fresh.
  • Peel and chop or finely grate the carrot.
  • Remove the pits from the dates if they're not already pitted.
  • Combine the banana, chopped carrot, pitted dates, yogurt, milk, ground cinnamon, and vanilla extract in a blender.
  • Blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Pour the smoothie into the glasses.
  • You can sprinkle a little cinnamon on top for garnish if desired.

Notes

If the smoothie is too thick, add more milk to reach your desired consistency.
If smoothie is too thin, add more banana or carrot. 
Adjust the quantity of dates according to the sweet level preferred.
