Ingredients
 
 

  • 200 grams Paneer
  • 3 Green Chillies adjust according to your spice levels
  • 10 Garlic Cloves
  • ¼ cup Roasted Peanuts
  • Coriander Leaves with Stems a handful
  • Lemon Juice half a lemon
  • Salt as needed
  • 2 tablespoon Oil to cook the Paneer

Instructions
 

  • Heat a pan. Add green chilies and garlic cloves. Sauté on medium flame until they get slightly roasted and charred. Add roasted peanuts and sauté for another 30 seconds.
  • Let everything cool to room temperature. Transfer to a mixer jar and grind coarsely (not smooth) with a lot of coriander leaves(along with stem), required amount of salt and lemon juice. If you have the time and patience, you can grind it using a mortar and pestle instead of a mixer grinder.
  • Cut the paneer into cubes and coat them with the freshly made thecha mixture.
  • Heat oil in a pan. Toss in the paneer cubes, cook on a low flame and lightly sauté until golden on all sides.
  • Serve hot and enjoy!
