Instructions
Heat a pan. Add green chilies and garlic cloves. Sauté on medium flame until they get slightly roasted and charred. Add roasted peanuts and sauté for another 30 seconds.
Let everything cool to room temperature. Transfer to a mixer jar and grind coarsely (not smooth) with a lot of coriander leaves(along with stem), required amount of salt and lemon juice. If you have the time and patience, you can grind it using a mortar and pestle instead of a mixer grinder.
Cut the paneer into cubes and coat them with the freshly made thecha mixture.
Heat oil in a pan. Toss in the paneer cubes, cook on a low flame and lightly sauté until golden on all sides.
