Ingredients
  

  • 2 large Bananas ripened
  • 5 Dates pitted
  • 1 cup Milk (dairy or plant-based)
  • ½ teaspoon Vanilla extract (optional)
  • Ice cubes (optional, for a colder shake)

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the Ingredients: Peel the bananas and break them into chunks. Freeze the banana chunks for an hour. This step is optional but helps make a creamy milkshake. If your dates are a bit dry, soak them in warm water for 10 minutes to soften them.
  • Blend It All: Combine the bananas, dates, milk, and vanilla extract in a powerful blender. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Adjust Consistency: If you prefer a thicker shake, add more bananas. For a thinner consistency, add a bit more milk. If you like it cold, throw in a few ice cubes and blend again.
  • Serve and Enjoy: Pour the banana date shake into a glass, garnish with a sprinkle of cinnamon powder, nuts or a few chopped dates, and enjoy immediately!
