Air Fryer Cheese on Toast | Chilli Cheese Toast

Ingredients
  

  • 4 slices Bread
  • 1 cup Grated Cheese cheddar or mozzarella
  • ¼ cup Bell Pepper finely chopped
  • 1 Green Chilli finely chopped
  • ½ teaspoon Red Chilli Flakes
  • ½ teaspoon Dried Oregano
  • ½ teaspoon Chaat Masala optional
  • 1 tablespoon Butter

Instructions
 

  • Mix the grated cheese, chopped bell pepper, finely chopped green chillies, red chilli flakes, dried oregano, and chaat masala in a bowl.
  • Spread butter on one side of each bread slice.
  • Spread the cheese mixture evenly on the non-buttered side of the bread.
  • Place the prepared bread slices in the air fryer basket.
  • Air fry at 350F / 180C for 4 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and the bread is crispy and golden.

Notes

Adjust the spice level and customize your toppings to suit your taste. 
I used a mix of grated mozzarella and grated cheddar. Use any one or a blend of cheese.
