Crispy golden bread topped with gooey melted cheese and your favourite toppings, all made effortlessly in the air fryer. It's quick, easy, and so delicious. Perfect for a quick meal or a cozy evening treat.
Mix the grated cheese, chopped bell pepper, finely chopped green chillies, red chilli flakes, dried oregano, and chaat masala in a bowl.
Spread butter on one side of each bread slice.
Spread the cheese mixture evenly on the non-buttered side of the bread.
Place the prepared bread slices in the air fryer basket.
Air fry at 350F / 180C for 4 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and the bread is crispy and golden.
Notes
Adjust the spice level and customize your toppings to suit your taste. I used a mix of grated mozzarella and grated cheddar. Use any one or a blend of cheese.
