Wash and cut the cauliflower into florets of similar sizes.
In a large mixing bowl, mix chickpea flour(besan), turmeric, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala, chilli powder, and salt to create a spice mix.
Toss the cauliflower florets in the spice mix until they are evenly coated.
Lightly grease the air fryer basket with oil to prevent sticking. Place the spiced cauliflower in the basket in a single layer, ensuring it is not overcrowded.
Air fry at 375F for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket or flipping the cauliflower halfway through to ensure even cooking. Check at 12 minute mark and cook for more time only if you feel it's not done. The cauliflower should be golden brown and crispy. Do not let it burn.
Once done, remove the cauliflower from the air fryer and transfer it to a serving dish. Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve with lemon wedges, if desired.
