Wash the raw mangoes and peel the skin. Chop the raw mangoes into medium-sized pieces.
Pressure cook the raw mangoes over medium heat for 2 or 3 whistles along with water just enough to cover the raw mangoes.
Once pressure releases, cool it down and transfer the raw mangoes to a blender. Add sugar, mint leaves, black salt, pepper powder, cumin powder, cardamom powder. Blend well.
Add water little by little. Mix well.
Now, add few mint leaves to the popsicle moulds. Pour the mixture into your popsicle moulds and insert the popsicle sticks. Make sure you fill no more than 3/4th of the capacity. Freeze the popsicles for 8 hours.
Unmould and enjoy the raw mango popsicles.
Notes
Add sugar/ jaggery according to your preference. The quantity also depends on the sourness of the raw mangoes.
