Pineapple Coconut Overnight Oats

Do you love Tropical Flavours? This Pineapple Coconut Overnight Oats is a perfect, tropical breakfast option. These creamy, beautiful and delicious overnight oats are easy to prepare and so healthy!

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup Old Fashioned Rolled Oats
  • 3/4 cup Chopped Pineapple
  • 1 cup Coconut milk I have used thin coconut milk
  • 1 tbsp Chia Seeds
  • 1/4 cup Unsweetened Desiccated Coconut
  • 1 tbsp Sweetener Optional, adjust as needed

For Topping

  • Coconut Chips, Desiccated Coconut, Chopped Nuts, Chopped Pineapple, Cherries Add as needed

Instructions
 

  • Add in all the ingredients in a mixing bowl or a jar. Close and refrigerate it for 5 hours minimum or overnight.
  • Remove from the refrigerator and top it with your favourite ingredients. Serve cold.

Notes

Sometimes, fresh pineapple can make the overnight oats bitter if stored for a long time. So, I would recommend making small portions a day or 2 in advance and finish it off. 
You can also add all the other ingredients except pineapple and keep it overnight. Add the pineapple pieces finally while serving.
