Salsa de mango | Easy Mango Salsa

Salsa de Mango, or Mango salsa, is a vibrant and refreshing condiment from tropical regions worldwide. It is typically made with ripe mangoes, onions, cilantro, lime juice, and a hint of spice.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Ripened Mango Peeled, Pitted and Diced
  • 1 Medium Bell Pepper Finely Chopped
  • 1 Red Onion Finely Chopped
  • 1 Jalapeno Finely Chopped
  • Salt as needed
  • 1/4 cup Cilantro / Coriander Leaves Chopped
  • 2 tbsp Lime Juiced

Instructions
 

  • In a serving bowl, combine the diced mango, bell pepper, onion, salt and jalapeno.
  • Combine the Ingredients together.
  • Garnish with coriander leaves and drizzle some freshly squeezed lime juice. Mix again.
  • Let it sit in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving or serve them straight out of the bowl.

Notes

Deseed the Jalapeno if you don't want the salsa to be spicy. Adjust the quantity of jalapeno according to its spice level. 
Add salt, pepper powder if desired. 
Refrigerate leftovers is any, in an airtight container
Add finely chopped tomatoes, if desired.
