Soak the chickpeas overnight. Drain the water. Add fresh water, pinch of salt and pressure cook for 3 - 4 whistles. Drain any water if remaining.
Grind the Ingredients given under green chutney by adding little water.
Boil 1 potato and chop them into cubes.
Chop the apple, pineapple into small pieces. Grate the carrots, de seed pomegranate, finely chop coriander leaves.
In a bowl, add the boiled chickpeas, chutney and all the fruits, potato, grated carrot.
Add Chaat masala, Cumin Powder, Salt if needed.
Garnish with coriander leaves.
Top with sev while serving.
