Air Fryer Mini Potatoes

Crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, this easy air fryer mini potatoes recipe is your ultimate side dish. With just a few ingredients and minimal preparation, make these well-roasted, golden brown potatoes that are packed with flavours!

Ingredients
  

  • 500 grams Baby Potatoes / Mini Potatoes
  • 3 tbsp Oil
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Kashmiri Chilli Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Coriander Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin Powder

Instructions
 

  • Wash the baby potatoes in a colander. Pat dry thoroughly using a kitchen towel.
  • Slice the potatoes in half. Add the potatoes to a bowl. Add oil, salt and all the spices to the potatoes. Mix well using your hands and coat the spices well on all the potatoes.
  • Preheat the air fryer to 400F for 5 minutes. Place the mini potatoes in the air fryer basket. Ensure you place them in a single layer and there is no overlapping.
  • Air fry at 400F for 10 minutes. Shake/Flip the basket and air fry again at 400F for 5 more minutes.
  • Serve hot as a main dish or side dish.

Notes

If you don't have mini/baby potatoes, you can use regular potatoes. Chop them into equal size pieces and rub them with the seasonings.
Each air fryer is different. Cooking time may vary accordingly. Keep a check on your potatoes and cook till they are well-roasted and golden brown.
