Air Fryer Naan Pizza with Paneer

Air Fryer Naan Pizza with Paneer is a creative twist on traditional pizza, combining the softness of naan bread with the crispiness of air frying. Paneer Naan Pizza made in Air Fryer is a quick, simple, delicious Fusion, Indian Style Pizza. Perfect for a weeknight meal!

- 250 grams Paneer
- 10 Mini Naan
- 1/2 cup Pizza Sauce
- 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese
- 1 Bell Pepper
- 1 Onion
- Italian Seasoning optional, as needed
- Red Chilli Flakes optional, as needed
For Marination
- 3 tbsp Thick Yogurt
- 1/2 tsp Salt or as needed
- 1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1/2 tsp Kashmiri Chilli Powder
- 1/2 tsp Garam Masala Powder
- 1/2 tsp Coriander Powder
- 1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
Add all ingredients listed under "For Marination" in a bowl. Mix well.
Cut Paneer into small cubes and add it to the bowl. Mix well with the marination and make sure all paneer pieces are coated well.
Cover the bowl and refrigerate for 1 minimum of 1 hour.
Cut bell pepper and onion into cubes.
Take the naan base. Spread pizza sauce on the naan. Add some shredded cheese.
Add marinated paneer cubes, bell pepper and onion. Top with more cheese.
Preheat the air fryer to 350F for 5 mins.
Place the naan bread in the air fryer and air fry for 8 minutes.
Once done, remove the naan from the air fryer, and top with Italian Seasoning, Chilli Flakes. Enjoy the pizza.
You can add the bell pepper and onion along with paneer in the marination.
Marination can be customized according to the spices available in your pantry.
