Air Fryer Pepper Mushrooms

These juicy, delicious air fryer pepper mushrooms are perfect to be served as a quick and simple vegetarian side dish or a snack.

- 225 grams Mushrooms 8 Oz
- 1 Green Bell Pepper medium
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 tsp Soya Sauce
- 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/4 tsp Pepper Powder
- 1/4 tsp Salt or to taste
- 1 tbsp Finely chopped fresh parsley optional
- Lemon wedges optional
Wipe the mushrooms with a damp paper towel and remove any dirt. Cut the mushrooms in half. Wash, wipe and chop the bell pepper into cubes.
Pre heat air fryer to 380F for 5 minutes.
Add mushrooms and bell pepper to a bowl. Toss them in soya sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, salt and pepper powder. Air fry at 380F for 12 minutes, shaking the basket midway.
Squeeze some lemon, garnish with finely chopped parsley leaves and serve.
Adjust the level of seasonings to suit your taste.
Do not crowd the air fryer basket. If cooking a large quantity, cook in batches.
