Cut Paneer into equal size cubes and transfer to a mixing bowl.
Add salt, garlic powder, Italian seasoning and red chilli powder to the paneer and gently mix them together.
In another bowl, mix cornflour, salt and water. Make sure the mixture is lump-free
Add breadcrumbs to a wide plate and keep it ready.
Take paneer cubes one by one and dip them in this cornflour mixture.
Roll the paneer cubes in breadcrumbs. Again roll them in the cornflour dip and then in the breadcrumbs.
Make sure the spices and breadcrumbs are evenly coated in the paneer cubes.
Once all the paneer cubes are coated with spices, refrigerate for 20 minutes.
