Air Fryer Garlic Bread

A quick and flavourful, air fryer garlic bread recipe! Who wouldn't love some homemade garlic bread with fresh ingredients in less than 15 minutes? Have this as an appetizer, snack or serve this for dinner tonight along with a warm bowl of soup.

- 1 French Baguette around 310 grams
- 1/2 cup Salted Butter 1 stick
- 8 cloves Fresh Garlic minced
- 1/2 cup Mozzarella Cheese grated
- 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese grated
- 1 tbsp Dried Parsley
- 1 tsp Italian Seasoning
Cut the Baguette into thick slices.
To make the garlic butter, place softened butter in a bowl and mash it well. Add minced garlic, grated cheese, dried parsley and Italian seasoning to the butter and mix well.
Generously spread the garlic butter on the bread slices and keep it ready.
Preheat the air fryer at 350F for 5 minutes. Spray the air fryer basket with non stick spray or oil.
Place the bread slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
Air fry at 350F for 3 to 5 minutes. I cooked mine for 5 minutes. Serve warm.
Every air fryer is different. The cooking time depends on your air fryer and the texture you desire. Keep an eye after 3 minutes of cooking time. If you prefer a softer crust, you can remove it at 3 minutes.
I prefer using salted butter in this recipe. You can use unsalted butter too.
You can add a pinch of red chilli flakes or pepper powder for a spice kick , if desired.
