- 2 cups Pineapple
- 1 Ripened Banana
- 1 & 1/4 cups Coconut Milk
- 2 tbsp Unsweetned Coconut Flakes optional
- Honey or Maple Syrup optional
Add pineapple chunks, banana, and coconut milk to a blender and process until smooth.
Pour the smoothie into serving glasses, top with unsweetened, dried coconut flakes and serve.
Add your choice of sweetener while blending, if desired.
You can use frozen or fresh fruits.
